NRBC Bank holds training programme for newly-recruited MTOs
NRBC Bank has completed a three-week foundation training programme for its newly-recruited Management Trainee Officers (MTOs). The closing and certificate awarding ceremony of the programme was held on Thursday. Chairman of NRBC Bank, Md. Ali Hossain Prodhania, attended the event as the chief guest. Among others, Managing Director & CEO Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, FCMA, and Head of Human Resources Training & Development Center (HRTDC) Fahmida Chowdhury, were present. The three-week training programme, organised by the Human Resources Training & Development Center (HRTDC), covered modern banking operations, customer service, risk management, compliance, and corporate culture.
