NRBC BANK HOSTS OPEN CREDIT DISBURSEMENT PROGRAMME AT BARGUNA

NRBC Bank PLC organised an open credit disbursement programme in Barguna on Thursday, where micro loans were distributed among low-income marginal people under the Refinance Scheme Fund of Bangladesh Bank. Some 69 customers, who are holders of 10-taka account, received the loans. Soheli Afrin, Additional Director of the Financial Inclusion Department of Bangladesh Bank, was present as the chief guest at the distribution event held at RDF Auditorium. NRBC Bank's Islamic Banking Division and Barishal-Khulna Zone Head SEVP AKM Rabiul Islam presided over the event. A total of 18 commercial banks distributed the loans to their customers in the programme. Of the loan recipients, 23 customers of NRBC Bank were given loans.
