NSDS to ensure digital BD stressed

KHULNA, Sept 4 (BSS): Speakers at a workshop here today said that National Strategy for Development of Statistics (NSDS) is needed for building digital Bangladesh.

They said this while addressing a workshop on NSDS organised by Khulna Divisional Statistics Office of Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics under the Statistics and Information Management Department (SIMD).

They also expressed their optimism that Bangladesh would become a middle income country by 2021 if the present development trend in all sectors continues in the years to come.
