ONE Bank hosts Town Hall Meet

ONE Bank PLC hosted its Town Hall Meet 2025 in Gulshan, Dhaka, bringing together the bank's leadership team and employees from across the country under the theme: "Together We Rise as ONE - Transform to Lead, Drive to Excel."
The session was led by the bank's newly appointed Managing Director, Muhit Rahman, says a press release.
In his opening remarks, A. S. M. Shahidullah Khan, Chairman of the Board of Directors, expressed the board's strong confidence in the new leadership and emphasized expectations for strengthened governance, enhanced performance discipline, and accelerated strategic transformation. Zahur Ullah, Chairman of the Executive Committee, also highlighted the bank's forward-looking priorities and collective aspirations for the coming years.
During the event, Mr. Muhit Rahman outlined his strategic vision for ONE Bank, presenting a clear, future-focused roadmap centered on disciplined execution, operational excellence, technology-driven innovation, and greater collaboration across teams. He concluded his address with a unified call to action: "Together as ONE."
Independent Director and former Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury along with senior management, divisional and business heads, and senior officials were present at the event. All branch managers and officials from branches nationwide participated digitally, ensuring comprehensive engagement across the bank's network.
The Town Hall Meet 2025 reaffirmed ONE Bank's commitment to transformation, performance, and excellence as it embarks on a new chapter under its refreshed leadership.
