Pathao Pay has officially joined the Bangla QR and NPSB interoperability network, making cashless payments simpler and more accessible across everyday moments in Bangladesh.
From rides and deliveries to restaurants and shopping, users can now scan and pay more seamlessly through Pathao Pay using Bangla QR - regardless of their preferred bank or payment platform. The move marks another major step towards a more connected and interoperable digital payment experience in the country, says a press release.
Speaking about the integration, Fahim Ahmed, CEO of Pathao, said, "Digital payments should feel effortless in everyday life. Through Bangla QR, we are making payments more seamless, interoperable, and accessible for millions of users and merchants across Bangladesh."
