The company's chairman Jafar Ahmed Patwari presided over the meeting. Adviser M. H. Khaled, and Chief Executive Officer S. M. Azizul Hossain were also present. The meeting was conducted by Company Secretary Sk. Md. Sarfaraz Hossain.
Shareholders approved the audited financial statements for the year 2022 and 10.5 per cent cash dividend for the year 2022, and appointed statutory auditors and compliance professionals for the year 2023.
