PREMIER LEASING & FINANCE HOLDS 23RD AGM
The 23rd Annual General Meeting of Premier Leasing & Finance Limited was held at the Institution of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh, IDEB Bhaban, in Dhaka on Thursday. The meeting was presided over by Md. Ashekur Rahman, Chairman of the company. Husne Ara Shikha, Executive Director of Bangladesh Bank and Administrator in PLFL, joined the meeting virtually. Independent Director & Chairman of Audit Committee S. M. Zahir Uddin Haider, Independent Directors Abduhu Ruhul Masih, Md. Reaz Hasan, Shirin Akhter and Brig Gen (Retd.) Tushar Kanti Chakma were present in the meeting. Executive Vice President and Company Secretary and Managing Director (CC) Subash Chandra Moulick and Vice President and CFO Syed Monir Hossain were also present.
