Proyash Cooperative Ltd holds EGM

Newly-elected executives of Proyash Cooperative Ltd pose for photo at the EGM 2018 held in the city recently

Russel Ahammed Sarkar and Md Ashraful Azad Bhuiyan were elected president and general secretary respectively of Proyash Cooperative Limited for a three-year term (2018-2021), said a press statement.
The other office-bearers of the nine-member committee are - vice-president Md Mosharraf Hossain; Joint general secretary Md Monowar Hossain and treasurer Nigar Sultana.
The election was held at the extra-ordinary general meeting (EGM) 2018 of the cooperative at a hotel in the capital recently.
Proyash Cooperative's interim executive committee president Dr Shariful Islam presided over the EGM.
A committee for conducting the election was also formed.
