Managing Director of Southeast Bank Limited (SEBL) Shahid Hossain laid emphasis on maintaining good quality of banking assets, close monitoring of different loan accounts and delivery of high quality customer services.
He was addressing the half-yearly managers' conference-2014 of the heads of branches of the bank's Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal and Rangpur divisions at a local hotel in Khulna recently, said a press statement.
Advisor of the bank Zakir Ahmed Khan was present in the conference as the chief guest.
Shahid Hossain urged upon the bank employees to work more actively and suggested to design necessary strategies to achieve the desired success in the upcoming days.
He reviewed the business and profit of Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal and Rangpur based branches of the bank during the period covering from January 2014 to June 2014.
He also suggested attaining progress in banking business by complying with necessary regulatory requirements, so that the shareholders, regulators, and customers become satisfied with the performance and services of the bank.
In the conference, business target of the bank for the next six months was determined and different winning business strategies were devised to attain those targets.
The managing director suggested all the heads of Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal and Rangpur-based branches to put extra efforts for achieving the targets.
Additional managing director, deputy managing director (Technology Administration and Retail Banking), senior executive vice president (CRM) and all heads of the branches of the four divisions of the bank took part in the conference.
