Rupayan City to build its second luxury city

Rupayan City signed an agreement with North South Society at a hotel in the capital on Monday. Minister of State for Housing and Public Works Sharif Ahmed, Chairman of Rupayan Group Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul, Chairman of Bashundhara Group Ahmed Akbar Sobhan, Chairman of North South Society Anwar Hossain, Rupayan Group Advisor Sadat Hossain Salim, and Advisor and Consultant Professor Dr M Shamim Z Bosunia were present on the occasion.
Rupayan City has ventured into luxury city development on a larger scale with 'Rupayan City' as the first city brand in Bangladesh real estate in continuation of 'Break the Square Feet Story', says a press release.
Rupayan City is now going to build its second city to keep pace with the modern world of the trillion-dollar economy of Bangladesh. This new international standard luxury city will be constructed at Block-N, adjacent to Bashundhara Sports Complex near Purbachal Express Highway in Dhaka.
In this regard, Rupayan City signed an agreement with North South Society at a hotel in the capital on Monday.
Co-chairman of Rupayan Group Mahir Ali Khan Ratul and Convener of the project implementation committee of North South Society Brigadier General (retd) Md Abdul Hamid signed the agreement.
Chairman of Rupayan Group Liaquat Ali Khan Mukul and Ahmed Akbar Sobhan, chairman of Bashundhara Group, were present on the occasion.
M Mahbubur Rahman, CEO of Rupayan City, presented detailed information and future work plans related to this new luxury project.
While speaking at the event, M Mahbubur Rahman said, "Keeping in mind the modern city plan, Rupayan City is going to create a heavenly residence for the next generation in the next 50 years."
Minister of State for Housing and Public Works Sharif Ahmed, Chairman of North South Society Anwar Hossain, Rupayan Group Advisor Sadat Hossain Salim, and Advisor and Consultant Professor Dr M Shamim Z Bosunia were present at that time and delivered speeches.
The programme ended with a colourful and stylish cultural programme in presence of senior officials of Rupayan Group and North South Society, well-wishers, guests, and media representatives.
