MOSCOW, Sept 16 (Reuters): The Russian central bank expects inflation at up to 4.2 per cent by the end of the year, Governor Elvira Nabiullina said.

Nabiullina, who was speaking after the central bank raised its key interest rate to 7.50 per cent citing the risk of higher inflation and rouble volatility, said inflation was expected to slow to 4.0 per cent in the first half of 2020.
