SBC pays Tk 809.28m insurance claim

Syed Shahriyar Ahsan, Managing Director of Sadharan Bima Corporation, handed over a cheque for over Tk 809.28 million to Md Monirul Islam, Managing Director of DAP Fertiliser Co Ltd, against a fire claim in the capital recently. Md Zakir Hossain, DGM (Re-insurance), Shahana Goni, AGM (Re-insurance) and Manager AFM Faisal Islam were also present.

Sadharan Bima Corporation (SBC) paid Tk 809.28 million (Tk 8,92,81,990.00) to DAP Fertiliser Co Limited, an entity under Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BCIC), against a fire claim in the capital recently, says a statement.
Sadharan Bima Corporation's Managing Director Syed Shahriyar Ahsan handed over the cheque for the Tk 809.28 million insurance claim to DAP Fertiliser Company's Managing Director Md Monirul Islam in a ceremony in the capital. Md Zakir Hossain, Deputy General Manager (Re-insurance), Shahana Goni, AGM (Re-insurance), and Manager A F M Faisal Islam were present in the ceremony.
