Shahjalal Islami Bank has signed a participation agreement with Bangladesh Bank under the 'Startup Refinance Scheme' designed to increase investment in entrepreneurship development and startup initiatives. Director (Current Charge) of SME and Special Programs Department of Bangladesh Bank Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman and Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank Mosleh Uddin Ahmed signed the agreement in the presence of Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank Nurun Nahar at the head office of Bangladesh Bank on Tuesday. After the signing, Deputy Managing Director of Shahjalal Islami Bank M. M. Saiful Islam exchanged the documents with Mohammad Mostafizur Rahman.
