Sheltech housing fair begins

Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd launched a month-long housing fair in the capital on Wednesday to mark its 38th founding anniversary.

The fair was inaugurated at Sheltech Tower in West Panthapath and is being held simultaneously at the company's Dhaka Corporate Office, Tejgaon Sales Office, Jolshiri and Chattogram office, says a press release.

The event will remain open from 10:00am to 6:00pm daily, including Fridays,

until April 30.

Visitors will have the opportunity to explore a portfolio of 77 projects, featuring more than 450 residential and commercial units located in prime areas such as Gulshan, Banani, Dhanmondi, Baridhara DOHS, Joar Shahara, Bashundhara, New Eskaton, Uttara, Jolshiri Abashon and Chattogram's South Khulshi and Panchlaish R/A.

A special offer of up to Tk 2.5 million is available on property bookings, along with complimentary kitchen cabinet and interior design solutions.

In addition, Sheltech has introduced "Sheltech Service Month 2026" throughout April for the first time.
