Shimanto Bank has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Trust And Pay Limited (TAP) at the bank's head office. As part of the agreement, Shimanto Bank customers will enjoy the facility to transfer funds from their accounts to TAP accounts, and vice versa. The MoU was signed by Mohammad Azizul Hoque, Managing Director and CEO (CC) of Shimanto Bank, and S. M. Akram Sayeed, CEO, TAP, on behalf of their respective organisations. Md. Sahidul Islam, Head of Business, Manzur Maswood, Head of IT, Sharif Zahirul Islam, Head of Cards & ADC, Shimanto Bank, A.K.M. Ahasan Kabir, Head of IT, Trust Bank along with senior officials from both institutions, were present during the signing ceremony.
