SHIMANTO BANK SIGNS MOU WITH DESCO

Shimanto Bank PLC has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dhaka Electricity Supply PLC (DESCO) at the DESCO's Head Office. Under this agreement, DESCO clients will be able to perform bill payments through Shimanto Bank's Internet Banking (app & web) and Branch network. The MoU was signed by Md Nurul Azim, Managing Director & CEO, Shimanto Bank, and Eng. S.M. Shah Sultan, Company Secretary, DESCO. Brig Gen Shameem Ahmed (Retd), Managing Director, DESCO, Md. Kamrul Islam, Executive Director (Finance & Accounts), DESCO, and Md. Sahidul Islam, Head of Business, Sharif Zahirul Islam, Head of Cards & ADC, and Md. Shajib Rahman, Branch Manager, Gulshan Branch, Shimanto Bank, were present at the signing ceremony.
