Singapore\\\'s housing rental prices decline

SINGAPORE, Jan 14 (Xinhua): Singapore's rental prices for public housing units and non-landed private housing units fell further in December 2014, according to flash estimates reported Wednesday.
The Singapore Real Estate Exchange (SRX) said in a report that rentals for homes built by private developers dipped by 0.8 per cent month on month in December. It was the 11th consecutive month of decline. The rental volume for private units also fell by 2 per cent.
