Smartphone with \\\'longer\\\' battery life hits market this month

Local handset brand Maple Mobile will launch smartphone with longer battery life of 3050 mAh in the market by the end of this month, the company said Wednesday.
In a statement, Maple said the highly configured smartphone branded as 'Glory M4' will be available at an "affordable price."
The Glory M4 is configured with 5.5 inches plane switching (IPS) display, quad core processor of 1.3 GHz, 1GB RAM, 4GB internal memory along with android 4.4 Kitkat Operating System, and 8MP backside and 5MP front cameras.
For better experience, everyone can see battery testing device at each and every service centres of the Maple across the country and the customers can test the real battery capacity of the different Maple phone devices.
The phone is very instrumental with the third generation (3G), enhanced data rates for GSM evolution (EDGE), global pocket radio service (GPRS), web access protocol (WAP), wireless transmission, high speed uplink packet access (HSUPA), and high-speed packet access (HSPA) network. The phone weighs about 166g.
The fresh handset will be available at the market at Tk 11, 950.
Managing Director of Maple Mobile Md Shoeb Alam said the android-enabled Smartphones are popular among mobile users in Bangladesh.
"But most of the Smartphones failed to ensure real battery life as informed before purchase. With this point of view, we aim to hit the market with the most durable battery enable phone for common people", he added.
