Chairman of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited Anwer Hossain Khan presiding over the 98th meeting of the company's Board of Directors in the capital on Tuesday with Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Md. Azizul Islam and other members of the board attending The 98th meeting of the Board of Directors of Takaful Islami Insurance Limited was held at the Head Office of the company in the capital on Tuesday, says a statement.
Chairman of the Company Anwer Hossain Khan presided over the meeting.
The meeting approved the Second Quarter Financial Statement (unaudited) for the year 2018 and discussed various issues relating to development of the company's business.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Md. Azizul Islam, AMD and Company Secretary Abul Kalam Azad, AMD and CFO Moinul Ahsan Chowdhury and Senior General Manager (Claims and R/I) Mohammad Selim attended the meeting.
Besides, members of the Board of Directors Emdadul Haque Chowdhury, Anwar Hossain Chowdhury, Md. Abul Hashem, Engineer Khandaker Mesbahuddin Ahmed, Md. Humayun Kabir Patwary, Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Shahanaz Parvin, Dr. Mohammad Osman Ghani, Md. Masudul Haque, Md. Hafizuddin, AFM Motassem Belal, Khorshed Alam Khan and Anwarul Haque Chowdhury were also present, among others.
