TCL enters Bangladesh market

Partners with DX Group

Global electronics and smart home appliance giant TCL Global Marketing Company Limited has officially entered the Bangladeshi market.

The country's rapidly expanding technology conglomerate, DX Group, has been announced as TCL's exclusive official partner, responsible for marketing, distribution and local manufacturing.

The announcement was made at an inaugural ceremony held at the ballroom of Hotel Sheraton in Banani on Sunday, where speakers outlined TCL's long-term plans for investment, market expansion and establishing strong domestic production capacity.

TCL confirmed that a broad range of products - including televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines - will be manufactured locally. The company reiterated its commitment to providing Bangladeshi consumers with enhanced user experiences through advanced technology, global standards and competitive pricing.

DX Group Founder and Chief Executive Officer Dewan Kanon, senior officials from both organisations, corporate partners, influencers and content creators were present at the launch.

TCL's Regional Sales Director (TCL Global), Ms Carol, presented the brand's history and outlined its mission for Bangladesh. "We are delighted to officially enter the Bangladeshi market. We hope that the people of this country will enjoy a different and enhanced experience using TCL products introduced through the DX Group," she said. TCL's South Asian Regional Manager Jensen Wang and South Asian Regional Manager (TV) Frank Zhuang also addressed the event.

Speaking at the event, Dewan Kanon said: "Bangladesh is one of the fastest-growing markets for technology products. Partnering with a global brand like TCL allows us to bring world-class innovation to local consumers. Through local manufacturing, we aim to unlock new industrial opportunities, generate employment and strengthen technological capabilities across the country."

Company representatives noted that Bangladesh represents a highly promising market, adding that TCL's long-term strategy includes deeper investment in production infrastructure to expand product diversity, enhance quality and make advanced technology more accessible.
