The 16th Annual General Meeting of Energyprima Limited (EPL) was held at its HFO-based Power Plant at Begumganj in Noakhali recently. The meeting was presided over by Dr Kamaluddin Ahmed, a shareholder of the company. Director Shahadat Hossain, Company Secretary Md Al Amin Chowdhury, shareholders and senior officials of the company attended the AGM.
