The Premier Bank launches Bancassurance services

The Premier Bank PLC has formally inaugurated its Bancassurance Business at a ceremony held at its Head Office in Dhaka recently. This initiative marks a significant step forward in the bank's strategic direction to integrate insurance services within its banking operations through collaboration with Life Insurance Corporation (LIC) of Bangladesh and Pragati Insurance Limited. The service was officially inaugurated by Mohammad Abu Jafar, Managing Director & CEO of Premier Bank as the chief guest. Syed Nowsher Ali, Additional Managing Director of the bank; Saswata Ray, Managing Director & CEO of LIC Bangladesh, and Papia Rahman, Deputy Managing Director of Pragati Insurance, attended the programme as special guests.
