Tofail leaves for Delhi to join global exhibition

Commerce minister Tofail Ahmed left the city Thursday morning for New Delhi to join the First Indian Global Exhibition on Service - 2015, reports BSS.
The minister would address on the main topic of the exhibition today (Friday), said a ministry press release Thursday.
Indian Commerce and Industry Ministry, Service Export Promotion Council and Confederation of Indian Industry have jointly organised the event to develop service sectors of India and other South Asian countries and expand it to other countries globally.
Indian prime minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the exhibition at Pragati Maidan in Delhi. The event would be ended on April 25.
The Bangladeshi commerce minister, who is also the coordinator of the Least Developed Countries (LDCs), would raise the existing problems of LDCs in the exhibition.
Mr Ahmed would exchange views with other leaders participating in the event regarding trade and investment in Bangladesh.
He would also sit at meeting to expand Bangladesh-India trade and commerce as well as other issues.
The minister is likely to return home on April 25.
