The 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank Limited was held virtually on Thursday. Maj Gen Md Nazrul Islam, Vice Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Humaira Azam, MD & CEO of the bank, was also present. The meeting approved 20 per cent dividend (10 per cent cash and 10 per cent stock) for the year ended on December 31, 2022.
