TRUST BANK HOLDS 26TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trust Bank PLC was held virtually on Monday. Maj Gen Md Hakimuzzaman, Vice Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. Among others, members of the Board Brig Gen Md Nishatul Islam Khan, Brig Gen Md Sajjad Hossain, Brig Gen Selim Azad, Brig Gen Shams Mohammad Mamun, Anisuddin Ahmed Khan (Independent Director), Nusrat Khan (Independent Director & Chairman of Audit Committee), and Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, Managing Director & CEO, attended the meeting. The AGM approved 15% dividend (7.50% cash and 7.50% stock) for the year ended on 31 December 2024.
