The Smart Point was inaugurated by Chairman of Trust Bank and Chief of Army Staff, General Waker-Uz-Zaman, as the chief guest, says a press release.
The Smart Point, established at SKS Tower, Mohakhali, features STM and Cash Recycling Machine (CRM) that enable customers to access a wide range of banking services quickly and conveniently.
Through these machines, customers can instantly open accounts, receive debit cards, withdraw and deposit cash, request loans, generate account statements, and perform various other banking services. The Smart Point functions as digital branch, allowing customers to complete essential banking activities without the need to visit a physical branch.
The launching ceremony was also attended by Managing Director & CEO of the bank, Ahsan Zaman Chowdhury, members of the Board of Directors, senior officials of Bangladesh Army, along with senior executives of head office.
The introduction of Smart Point and STM reinforces Trust Bank's strategic focus on innovation, digital transformation, and customer-centric banking services.
