A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Trust Bank PLC and Multibrand Workshop Ltd at the bank's head office to provide exclusive automotive service benefits to the cardholders of the bank. Under the agreement, Trust Bank cardholders will enjoy special discount on service charges and Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) service, priority service through the Quick Service Team (QST), dedicated support from a Key Account Manager. The agreement was signed by Md. Mahboob Hossain, SEVP & Head of Business of Trust Bank, and Masud Karim Chowdhury, Executive Director of Multibrand Workshop Ltd. Md. Kamal Hossain Sarker, Deputy Managing Director of Trust Bank, along with senior officials from both organisations, was also present.
