Noted economists Dr Mozaffar Ahmed and Swadesh Ranjon Bose have jointly won the Bangladesh Bank Award-2013 (posthumous) in recognition to their immense contribution in research on Bangladesh economy. Both of them were selected by a jury board consisting of five leading economists of the country, according to a BB statement.
