(UCB) has implemented the Robotic Process Automation (RPA), an artificial intelligence (AI)-based technology of 4th industrial revolution (4IR).
Managing Director & CEO of the bank Arif Quadri formally announced the implementation of RPA on Tuesday, says a press release.
Additional Managing Directors Syed Faridul Islam, Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, and Abul Alam Ferdous, Deputy Managing Directors N Mustafa Tarek, Md Abdullah Al Mamoon, Mohammed Habibur Rahman and Deputy Managing Director & Company Secretary ATM Tahmiduzzaman FCS were present at the event.
RPA has been implemented complementing the overall digital transformation journey of the bank in alignment to the national slogan of 'Digital Bangladesh' and guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
UCB has implemented RPA in partnership with UiPath, a global leader in this domain, with implementation partners Genex Infosys Limited of Bangladesh and Feat System Limited of India.
