UNION CAPITAL HOLDS 25TH AGM

The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Union Capital Limited was held on a digital platform on Tuesday. Chairman & Independent Director of the company Munshi Shafiul Haque presided over the meeting. Directors Nadeem A. Chaudhury, Waqar A. Chaudhury, Meherunnesa Haque, Tajrina Sikder, Independent Director Dr Qazi Moinuddin Mahmud and Managing Director & CEO (current charge) ANM Golam Shabbir joined the AGM.
