United Finance AGM approves 5.0 per cent dividend

The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of United Finance Limited was held on Thursday on a digital platform, says a press release.

The company earned an after-tax profit of Tk 142 million in 2022. The meeting approved 5.0% cash dividend for the year 2022.

Imran Ahmed, Chairman, of the Company, presided over the AGM.
