United Power Generation and Distribution Company Limited (UPGDCL), a concern of United Group, has been awarded the SAFA Best Presented Annual Report Award 2023 in the Power and Energy category, a prestigious recognition from the South Asian Federation of Accountants (SAFA) that highlights excellence in corporate reporting and transparency across South Asia. United Group's Director, Sharfuddin Akhter Rashid, received the award at a ceremony held at the Cinnamon Lakeside Hotel in Colombo, Sri Lanka recently.
