Uttara Finance gets new MD

Syed Minhaj Ahmed joined Uttara Finance and Investments Limited as its Managing Director and CEO on Saturday, says a press release.

Prior to joining Uttara Finance, he worked as the Managing Director and CEO of CVC Finance Limited for the last three years. During his 20-year career, he worked in different banks and NBFIs, namely ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, GSP Finance, Prime Finance, Lankan Alliance Finance, National Finance, and Vanik Bangladesh Limited, in different capacities.

Syed Minhaj Ahmed did his MBA from IBA, University of Dhaka, and master's in finance from the same university.
