Visa partners with Meghna Bank to launch Visa Direct for Account

Visa, a global leader in digital payments, has partnered with Meghna Bank PLC to launch Visa Direct for Account in Bangladesh. This first-of-its-kind partnership in the country introduces an innovative outward remittance channel to facilitate faster and cost-effective payments to eligible bank accounts globally. The agreement was signed recently. Sabbir Ahmed, Country Manager of Visa for Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan, Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director, Meghna Bank, and other officials attended the signing ceremony.
