Work of Sirajganj Industrial Park on

Industries Minister Amir Hossain Amu has said that the progress of the physical work of Sirajganj Industrial Park, which is now under implementation, would be visible by June next year.

The minister said this after a review meeting on the implementation progress at his ministry office on Monday, reports BSS.

Among others, Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim, Political Adviser to the Prime Minister HT Imam, State Minister for Water Resources M Nazrul Islam, Bir Pratik and Habibe Millat, MP, were present at the meeting.

The minister said the Water Development Board (WDB) has formulated a project titled Protection of Sirajganj Industrial Park to protect the river erosion involving Tk 3.12 billion.

Speaking at the meeting, Mohammad Nasim said the government is implementing different development activities to change the fate of people living in the northern region.

He also urged the officials concerned to implement the development projects quickly.
