Acquiring technological skills, communication capabilities and an innovative mindset is essential for young people to remain competitive in the online marketplaces, discussants at a roundtable have said.

Their observations came at the roundtable, organised recently at a hotel in Chattogram by Bangladesh Association of Contact Center and Outsourcing (BACCO), in collaboration with the Business Promotion Council (BPC) under the Ministry of Commerce.
