Yuji Ando, country representative of Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), made a courtesy call on Major General SM Salahuddin Islam, executive chairman of Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) at the latter's office on Tuesday. They discussed different issues related to Japanese investment in the EPZs including the impact of Covid-19 on Japanese companies in Bangladesh. BEPZA Executive Chairman sought cooperation of JETRO to attract more Japanese investment in the EPZs as well as BEPZA Economic Zone
