ARONG Liquid Milk

April 27, 2010 00:00:00

I have been a regular consumer of ARONG liquid milk ever since it was launched and have had no occasion to question its quality at the production point. However, many times the seller was guilty of not storing the product at the right temperature. This could easily be rectified.
But what concerns me now is the peculiar taste and smell of the milk bought on different days in the month of April. The latest was on 24 April 2010. It gave off a faint odor that I failed to identify. Insecticide or formaldyde? It is indeed worrying but the smell and taste was definitely not ARONG!
Is BRAC's raw milk collection monitored by 100 per cent reliable managers to ensure that quality is not compromised? And who guarantees whether or not the packaging material used is of food grade or not? Would BRAC please look into this genuine concern of a loyal consumer and remove the reason thereof ?
