BPL without Pak players

It is indeed sad to see that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has refused to let its players play in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and its last moment decision tells upon to some extent attraction of BPL, a professional T-20 cricket league in Bangladesh. There are many Pakistani cricketers, who were hired through auction and but pulled out at the last minute. This has turned out to be a problem for us. PCB should not have compared its decision with that of Bangladesh Cricket Board and it ought to have allowed the Pak national team to come to Bangladesh. After all, Bangladesh offers a secure ground for the players.
Bangladesh is not the only country that has refused to go on tour of trouble-ridden Pakistan. Some other teams also did the same. So, should Pakistan blame only Bangladesh? None can overlook the security crisis which Pakistan has been experiencing for long. Bangladesh and Pakistan have very good relations in cricket in the past and the Pakistan team and its players enjoy good support in Bangladesh. As a cricket fan, I will miss the magical presence of Pakistani cricketers.
I hope, PCB will reconsider its non-pragmatic decision and allow its players to participate in the BPL as there will be always an opportunity for Bangladesh to visit Pakistan when the situation improves. Players in Bangladesh have the necessary environment to concentrate fully on the game.
