Has Khaleda Zia committed any wrong, illegal act, or any crime in living long 28 years at Cantonment house/ land?
She did not ask/request our past government/Dhaka Cantonment Board to give/allot/allow her to use Cantonment house/land.
The fact is our past government /Dhaka Cantonment Board gave/allotted/allowed/donated her the Cantonment house/land to compensate her after the assassination of her husband President Ziaur Rahman.
Begum Khaleda Zia is totally innocent and blameless.
We are surprised, shocked and we fail to understand why Begum Khaleda Zia had to vacate/leave/give up her house/ land after 28 years?
Why now so huge hue and cry about Cantonment house/land?
In the light of Begum Zia’s experience and sufferings, what would happen in future to the grief striken widows of the army officers killed in unfortunate BDR mutiny if they are given/allotted flat building/land at Dhaka Cantonment?
In view of the flexible and uncertain decision of our government/Dhaka Cantonment Board and legal complication, we would humbly suggest that either a mosque-cum-Eidgah or a Public school-cum-play ground may be constructed at controversial Cantonment house/land to do away with any dispute in future in the greater interest of law and order and peace in our country.
