The dreadful fire incident which took place at Nimtali in old Dhaka on 3 June caused many across the country to shed tears.
While expressing her instant reaction in this regard, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina said, ''Fire makes people destitute.'' She is absolutely right.
We want the survivors to be compensated as promised. May Allah keep the departed souls in peace.
