Computerized system doesn't work sometimes!

Recently, I went to an AB Bank branch of Dhaka to withdraw an amount of money giving a cheque to the counter and the counter said, "You have to wait for a while as the Rajshahi branch is on offline" I have an account in AB Bank in Rajshahi. I had to wait for about an hour and in the mean time the banking hour was over, still then the counter said the same.
I didn't take my lunch yet and I thought, I would take lunch after withdrawing money from the bank. As I was so hungry, I asked the counter, "I will collect the money after taking my lunch at a nearby hotel" The counter replied, "please bring the cheque with you and you won't get money as the banking hour is over."
The next day, I want to come to Rajshahi by train, Silkcity Express and it starts from the Airport station at 3:12 p.m. To fight with the traffic jam, somehow I could manage to reach the station at around 3:00 p.m. The counter giving tickets use computers and it takes more time than usual. I was disappointed to see a long queue and I thought I could not get ticket. I found a hope to see a dozen of TTs together standing on the station near the counter. I asked one of the TTs to give a ticket of Rajshahi. TT replied, "Give me Tk. 200 to get Rajshahi ticket." As counter takes Tk 165 for the same, I asked "Why will I give you Tk. 200?" TT behaved rudely, so I had to buy the handmade ticket with Tk. 200.
TTs behaved rudely with other passengers also and giving ticket with Tk. 200 in the train as some other people had to do the same as there was no rush to get the ticket in the counter.
Is it fair!
I would like to draw the attention of the concerned authority to introduce more train services on Rajshahi-Dhaka route.
