Crook realtors

THE article on the new ordinance on realtors by Mr. Shamsul Huq Zahid, published in the FE recently, seems still biased towards the realtors. All the realtors in Bangladesh are known crooks. There is no single realtor who has not cheated their clients. Even with all the hype on raw material cost escalation, first class construction still costs Taka 1750 per square feet while they are charging Tk 7,000 to 10,000. The land price in Bangladesh has been manipulated beyond the purchasing power of the honest people. Only the crooks who are now jailed or contesting the polls or facing the Truth Commission have the ability to buy. You should do everyone a favour by investigating how we are still being ruled by the crooks in the guise of taking care of our future. Only will the people of Bangladesh really see the crooks on the day of judgement burning in hell. It will be too late for the crooks but the last hurrah for the poor and exploited mass of Bangladesh.
