We expect a digital country, which is the main promise of the present government. However, what about the grassroots support to mark the fulfilment of this dream? It is not an easy task without help by the large proportion of people. Therefore, every aspect of community should support it. Banks, insurance companies, schools, colleges, universities, and other service organisations should all come online to give better service. Still men are standing in long queues and losing their most valuable working hours to collect a form like school and university admission form or initial public offering (IPO). This is the most recent situation commonly seen everywhere in our country. It is high time we overcame the awful situation. The respective organisations should act without delay. Then it will be a real charter of change.
