Emirates services

I was simply flabbergasted when my daughter informed me at Dhaka Shahjalal Airport that the check-in counter of Emirates flight EK-585 could give only one boarding pass for Dhaka-Dubai flight and the official informed that the Dubai-Los Angeles boarding pass is to be collected from Dubai. She was travelling alone and as such collection of boarding pass for EK-215 flight from Dubai to Los Angeles at midnight is difficult and the arrival of Ek-585 flight at Dubai and Dubai-Los Angels flight EK-215 gap is just marginal.
In these days of digital technology and digital Bangladesh I was horrified as Emirates is one of the top airlines. Just before immigration I asked my daughter to go to another check-in counter of EK-585 and it worked as the official issued immediately the boarding pass for Dubai-Los Angeles Flight EK-215. The electronic ticket contained all the seat numbers for four flights: Los Angeles-Dubai -Dhaka-Dubai-Los Angeles.
My anxiety caused me to visit the airport toilet or restroom but the condition is just horrendous. However, let Emirates ensure better services while the airport deserves restrooms of international standard like other airports.
