THE government should set up a central testing laboratory, demanded by pharmaceutical industries for quality certification of exportable medicines.
Recently the government was reported to have cleared the establishment of plants for the production of ingredients for pharmaceutical industries. It is a useful move. Credible certification would boost medicine exports from Bangladesh.
