No one is there to look into the sufferings of the middle class city commuters.
The sufferings of the commuters can be brought to an end only with the introduction of a well planned public transport service. Too many buses on certain routes, only aggravated the traffic congestion. Unfriendly taxicabs or CNG-run auto-rickshaws are now a problem for the commuters as they do not cooperate the passengers. So it is necessary to introduce a public transport system with the needed carrying capacity. The public transport service needs to provide passenger comfort.
