In support of a national job bank

I would like to address the state as to how it relates to unemployment. I can say I agree with the government's efforts.
Employers cannot afford to pay college graduates what they are worth, so they discourage them by saying, "You are over-qualified. This position is too entry-level for you."
There is a population of very talented, intelligent people who have graduated from the best schools in the country and no one is giving them a chance. Yes, Bangladesh needs to help its citizens. A national job bank is the best thing that could happen right now to match the right people with the right careers.
