Let's unite

The 10th of March -- the 12th of Rabiul Awal -- is an important day for Muslims. This day our Prophet (sm) was born and he left the world also on the same date. Bangladesh is a country where about 88% of the population are Muslims. So for our country it is obviously an important day. Unfortunately, we see even pious persons are divided here. We can mention the incident at Baitul Mukarram involving the appointment of the Khatib. People created chaos during Jumma prayers for three weeks! This is really sad for Muslims as our national mosque is the centre of Islam.

On this day, Miladunnabi/Siratunnabi, let us learn to unite -- for ourselves and for the security of our country.
