Muhith deserves praise

THE finance minister AMA Muhith deserves appreciation for his reported move for raising duty on import of luxury goods and items that pose threat to health. Actually such items including cigarette and liquor, with negative impacts should be heavily taxed.
Bad habits and work cannot be encouraged. So, the finance minister's initiative deserves praise.
